Membership

New Members are proposed by existing members and must be seconded by another member.  If you do not know any members of the Club personally arrangements can be made to introduce you to members of Council who could meet with you and consider your desire to join our Club.
Proposals for new memberships are assessed at monthly Council meetings.  Men and women are equally welcome. To provide a flavour of the social aspects of our Club we have a small leaflet Welcome to the Club! which is available on application. Subscriptions and category of membership for 2012

Resident Professional and Lay Members:  £432 (£36 per month over 12 months)
Non-resident Professional and Lay Members:  £300 (£25 per month over 12 months)
Joint Resident Members: £708 (for two members at same address. £59 per month over 12 months)
Joint Non-resident Members:  £468 (for two members at same address.  £39 per month over 12 months)

Overseas Members: £160
Student in full time Arts course of study: £60.00

Message from our President

We welcome membership enquiries from all who are involved in the Arts or who are simply interested its many facets.  The Scottish Arts Club is a great place to meet friendly people who share an appreciation of painting, sculpture, architecture, design, music, literature, film, dance and drama or are otherwise engaged in pursuing a vocation in the Arts.  If you would like to know more about us and how you can join our Club, please, do not hesitate to contact us.  Ours is a friendly Club and is a place where friendships blossom and last a life time.
